Once connected, you can view live video, download recordings, adjust settings, and use AI-powered features such as License Plate Restoration and Privacy Protection. How to Connect Your VUEROID S1

**Before You Connect**

If you’re having trouble connecting your VUEROID S1 to the VUEROID HUB app, please check the following before you begin:

✅ Turn Bluetooth and Wi-Fi ON.

✅ Disconnect Wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, if connected.

✅ Disable any VPN connection.

✅ Follow the connection steps shown in the VUEROID HUB app.

Note: App connectivity may vary depending on your smartphone settings and wireless environment.

Step 1. Download the VUEROID HUB App

Download the VUEROID HUB app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once installed, make sure your smartphone has both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled.

Step 2. Turn On Wi-Fi on the VUEROID S1

Press the Wi-Fi button on your VUEROID S1. Wait until you hear or see the message: “Wi-Fi is ready.”

Step 3. Pair Your Device via Bluetooth

Open the VUEROID HUB app. Tap Find a Device and select your VUEROID S1 from the list of available devices. When the Bluetooth pairing request appears on your smartphone, tap Pair or Confirm.

Step 4. Connect to the Dash Cam’s Wi-Fi

After Bluetooth pairing is complete, the app will prompt you to join the VUEROID S1’s Wi-Fi network. Tap Join when the Wi-Fi connection prompt appears.

Step 5. Approve the Connection on Your VUEROID S1

For security, the VUEROID S1 requires confirmation before allowing a new device to connect. A message will appear on the dash cam’s LCD asking whether you want to allow the new Wi-Fi connection. Use the Confirm button on the dash cam and select Yes.

Step 6. Wait for the Initial Connection

The first connection may take up to 40 seconds while the app completes the pairing process. Once finished, a confirmation message will appear on the VUEROID S1 LCD screen.

Step 7. Verify the Connection

Return to the VUEROID HUB app. Your smartphone and VUEROID S1 should now be successfully connected via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. You can now start using all of the advanced features available in the VUEROID HUB app.
