“Vueroid” refers to the brand name under which NC& Co., Ltd. operates its e-commerce services, including its online store. All references to “Vueroid”, “NC&”, “we”, “us”, or “our” shall mean NC& Co., Ltd. acting under the Vueroid brand.

OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how NC& handles and processes your personal data (“Personal Data”) in relation to the Service (defined below) and in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) in the Republic of Korea as amended in 2025 (“the Act”) (which Act may be amended) and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites, apps or other offerings that we do not own or control, even if they are linked to the Service. Read this Privacy Policy to enable you to know and understand the purposes (See the Section 1.2) for which NC& collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Data.

The purpose (“Purpose”) of this Privacy Policy is to describe how NC& collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes your Personal Data, and to inform you of your rights and choices in relation to such Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.

NC& is committed to protecting the users of the Vueroid Website (https://www.vueroid.com/index) (“Website”), mobile applications, products (including but not limited to dashcams, webcams, CCTVs), and services (including but not limited to digital services (e.g., products sales, promotions, advertisement, etc.) through the Website; each a “Service” and collectively the “Services”). The Services include both (i) e-commerce services provided through the Website (such as product purchase, payment, shipping, and customer support) and (ii) device-based and cloud-based services associated with products offered under the Vueroid brand. When you access, browse, or use the Website, information will be collected, transferred, processed, stored, and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You can access this Privacy Policy any time in the footer of this Website. By purchasing a Product (defined below), registering an account for any aspect of the Service, or otherwise accessing, visiting, interacting with, or using the Service, you acknowledge your understanding of transfer, use, processing, storage of your information (including personal information) and this Privacy Policy. This means you agree and consent to NC& collecting, using, disclosing, and sharing amongst ourselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to NC& ‘s authorized service providers and relevant third parties in the manner and for any of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy will also inform you on the bases upon which we may lawfully collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data without your consent, where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with the contents of this Privacy Policy, you should not access, visit and/or use the Service, or request or receive a Product.

In addition to reviewing this Privacy Policy, please also review our Terms of Use and any other terms and conditions that may be posted elsewhere in this Website, because the Terms of Use shall be binding between you and us. Certain features, including location-based services, may be governed by separate Location-Based Services Terms, which shall apply in addition to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, so check back often. So that you are aware changes have been made, we will adjust the “Last Updated” date at the end of this document. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of the Privacy Policy as updated from time to time on our Website. Continued access, visitation and/or use of the Service by you, or continued receipt of a Product, will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Privacy Policy.

Any consents you may have provided in connection with this Privacy Policy are cumulative and additional to any rights which we may have under applicable law to handle or process your Personal Data.

Where you purchase products or services through the Website, additional information such as payment, billing, and shipping information may be collected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR THE INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE THE VEROID’S SERVICES OR REGISTER AN ACCOUNT.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES

1.1. General

When you visit the Vueroid Website and use Vueroid mobile applications without registering, you can browse without submitting personal information about yourself. If you register for an account within or to access a Vueroid Services, we will collect some personally identifiable information from you, including your full name, username, email address, and hashed version of the password you select. When you interact with the Vueroid Services, we also receive and store certain additional types of information which, in general, do not directly identify you.

For example, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device including your IP address, browser type and language, referring/exit pages and URLs, device type, platform type, number of clicks, landing pages, cookie information, the pages you requested and viewed, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time. Such information, including IP address, may be used to infer your approximate location (e.g., for currency display, regional settings, or service optimization purposes). This Section of the Privacy Policy outlines the various ways that information is collected from the Vueroid Services. Please fully review this Privacy Policy before you use the Vueroid Services or submit information to us.

1.2. Purposes for the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

(a) In general

Generally, NC& collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes (“Purpose” or “Purposes”):

  1. verifying your identity and maintain your Account (defined below) with us;
  2. providing you with the goods and services which you have signed up for;
  3. communicating with you to inform you of changes and development to NC& policies, terms and conditions, and other administrative information, including for the purposes of servicing you in relation to Products and Services offered to you;
  4. responding to, processing, and handling your queries, requests, complaints, and feedback;
  5. managing the infrastructure and business operations of NC& and complying with internal policies and procedures;
  6. conducting market research for statistical, profiling, and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you;
  7. protecting and enforcing our contractual and legal rights and obligations;
  8. compliance with any applicable rules, laws, and regulations, codes of practice or guidelines, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
  9. collecting fee owed (if any);
  10. processing orders, payments, delivery, and refunds in connection with purchases made through the Website;
  11. managing customer relationships, including order history and after-sales support;
  12. preventing fraudulent transactions and ensuring secure payment processing;
  13. any other purpose relating to or reasonably necessary for any of the above.

(b) Additional Purposes

In addition, where permitted under applicable laws, NC& may also collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data, and share your Personal Data with NC&’s business partners, service providers, and/or other third parties for the following purposes (which we may describe in our documents and agreements as “Additional Purposes” for the handling of Personal Data):

  1. providing services, products, and benefits to you, including promotions, special offers, and rewards; and/or
  2. other third parties’ products, services and also develop special offers and marketing programs.

1.3. Information that You Provide

(a) Registration and Login

Certain Vueroid Services require you to register for an account and/or log in using credentials. You can register for an account from our account registration system or a third-party website or service such as Facebook (“Account”). When you register for an Account you may be asked to provide some personally identifiable information to us, which include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us):

  1. identifiers, such as your full name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address and a username and password that you select;
  2. information about your use of NC&’s Website and Service, including cookies, IP address, subscription account details, but only to the extent that NC& may identify you from such information;
  3. information about your usage of and interaction with our website and/or service including computer and connection information, device capability, statistics on page views, and traffic to and from our Website; and
  4. diagnostic log information, IP address, browser type and language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, landing pages, cookie information, the pages you requested and viewed, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the actions performed in the NC& App, the info (OS type/version, network, etc.) of the phone which the NC& App was installed, and the date and time

To create an Account using your credentials from a third-party website or service, you will be asked for your username, password, and other information to verify that you have an account with the third-party website or service. When you provide credentials for a third-party website or service, we may use those credentials to obtain information about you from that third party. See 3.5 (Social websites) for more information.

When you register an Account and log in to the Website, you must provide your current, complete, and accurate information. It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date. We are not responsible for any problems, interruptions in access, or liability that may arise if you do not give us complete and accurate information or if you fail to update your information so that it is current.

(b) Product Set Up

In order to use our Products, you will need to associate the Product with your Account following the directions provided with the Product. When you associate a Product with your Account you will need to provide Wi-Fi network information (this may include username and password) to Vueroid mobile applications (“Vueroid App” or “Vueroid Apps”).

The Vueroid App will send the information to the Product by using QR code and the Product will use the information to connect to the Wi-Fi network. Once a Product is associated with your Account it will remain associated until you unbind the Product from your Account or terminate your Account. The Wi-Fi network user name and password may be saved in your Vueroid Apps or your NC& Products but it will not be saved by NC& if it is unbound or terminated.

(c) Correspondence

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, about your use of the NC& Services, we may save the information in a profile specific to you.

(d) Information You Provide to Others

You may choose to share information with third-parties such as social networking websites like Facebook and WeChat (“Social Sites”) by “sharing” videos and photos.

See Section 3.3 (Social Sites) for more information.

(e) Payment Information

When you make a purchase through the Website, we may collect payment-related information such as billing address, payment method, and transaction details. When using third-party payment services (e.g., PayPal), we may receive limited information such as name, contact information, transaction ID, payment status, and payer identifiers. However, we do not receive or store sensitive authentication data such as passwords or full payment credentials.

Payment card information shall be processed by third-party payment service providers and is not stored by NC& unless required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

(f) Order Information

We collect and process information related to your purchases, including order history, product details, and transaction records.

(g) Shipping Information

We collect shipping-related information such as recipient name, delivery address, and contact number for order fulfillment.

1.4. Automatically Collected Information

We will collect some information about you and any product or device you use to access or use the Vueroid Services automatically using a variety of technologies. In general, automatically collected information about the use of Vueroid Services does not directly identify you and the information may include those in the Section 1.3 (a).

We collect this information for the purposes (See the Section 1.2) described in this Privacy Policy, including to better understand our customer base and to improve the quality of our Vueroid Services, including location-based customization such as displaying localized currency, language, or regional content based on IP-derived location data. Where location-based features are provided, users may be required to agree to separate Location-Based Services Terms prior to using such features. We do NOT collect information not related to the use of the Vueroid Services.

(a) Video Transmission

The primary mode of transmission of video from our NC& dashcam products (“Product” or “Products”) to our Vueroid Apps is through a point-to-point direct connection. When encountering unreliable point-to-point network conditions, the NC& Products may opt to relay videos through our servers to the mobile app to achieve optimal viewing experience. In each scenario, both videos and the transmission channel are securely encrypted. The role of our servers is only to act as a relay agent, and they do not store video content transmitted to or through them in connection with our provision of Vueroid Services.

(b) Activity Alert Video/Picture

This is an optional feature, and is enabled by default, and user may disable this feature manually in the Vueroid App. Turning this feature OFF will NOT affect the normal operations of NC& Home/Dome Cam and its Vueroid App. When this feature is enabled, a short video of up to twenty (20) seconds is encrypted and transferred to and stored on our servers when the camera detects activity. Currently, picture capture functionality is not provided, but may be introduced in the future. If you don’t delete the videos stored on our servers, they shall be automatically deleted after four (4) days. However, we cannot ensure that residual copies do not survive elsewhere (e.g., in a cache or backup).

(c) Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer or mobile device. We and our third-party analytics provider use cookies to record information about your activities on the Vueroid Services to “remember” you when you return to the Vueroid Services. Some cookies remain on your computer or device until you delete them. Others, like session ID cookies, expire when you close your browser. You may set your browser setting to attempt to reject cookies and you may still use the Vueroid Services. See the Section 5 (“Do-Not-Track-Settings” below) for more information on how the Vueroid Services may respond to your browser settings. We do not control the use of cookies by third parties. See Section 4 (THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS) for more information and review the privacy policies of all third-party providers for more information on third-party cookies.

(d) Pixels (aka web beacons/web bugs/JavaScript)

Pixels are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that are used to track how the web page is accessed. Unlike cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, pixels are small graphics that are about the size of the period at the end of the sentence that are embedded invisibly on web pages or in HTML-based emails. Our third-party analytics provider uses information obtained from pixels to help us improve our Vueroid Services. We do not control the use of pixels by third parties. See Section 4 (THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS) for more information and review the privacy policies of each of the third-party providers for more information on third-party pixels.

(e) Video/Picture Content

In general, NC& does not view, monitor or in any way see your video or picture content except with your permission and authorization and only in regard to technical support issues.

(f) Profiling and Personalization

We may use collected information, including location data and service usage data, to provide personalized content, recommendations, and advertisements, where permitted by applicable law.

2. INFORMATION SECURITY MEASURES

2.1. Security

Data security is of great importance to NC&, in order to protect your Personal Data. We will put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected from our Website.

If password access is required for certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this information confidential.

We endeavor to do our best to protect your Personal Data. However, be aware that your inadvertent act, mistake or intentional disclosure over the internet may lead to security breach. Such transmission of data over the internet or any other public network cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. NC& cannot ensure the security of your Personal Data for those done at your own risk.

2.2 Retention

In general, we will retain your information as long as legally required or allowed. If you cancel your Account or your Account is otherwise terminated, we may but are not obligated to, delete information we have collected or obtained from third parties and we may continue to use and disclose it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. But you can delete your account information manually, and it will be purged from our system.

2.3 Deleting Cookies

You can choose to delete Cookies at any time; however, you may lose any information the enables you to access the Website more quickly and efficiently, including, but not limited to, personalisation settings.

It is recommended that you ensure that your internet browser is up-to-date and that you consult the help and guidance provided by the developer of your internet browser – if you are unsure about adjusting your privacy settings.

3. THIRD PARTY WEBSITE AND SERVICES

3.1. General

We will not sell or rent any of your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes.

However, we may disclose your information to any affiliated entity or organization and to agents and service providers if it is necessary for fulfilling the Purposes. We may share your Personal Data with service providers, including payment processors, logistics providers, and analytics partners if it is necessary for payment process. We may also share non-identifying information with third parties for any lawful purpose, including analyzing trends, research, NC& Services administration, tracking users’ movements around the NC& Services, and to improve our business, Products, and the NC& Services.

Use of information by affiliated entities and organizations will be subject to this Privacy Policy or an agreement that is at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy. For more information on the use of information by agents and service providers see Section 4 (THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS).

3.2. Camera Sharing

Some of the NC& Services permit you to share access to our camera products that you own with others. If you share access to your camera by authorizing a third party on your Account, the third party will be permitted to access that camera and to record videos from that camera until you remove them from your Account.

We encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to enabling third party access your cameras because we do not control the actions of any third party and cannot stop them from sharing videos obtained from your camera with others.

3.3. Social Sites

In addition to set up an Account, certain NC& Services may permit you to choose to share information and videos taken with our camera products with Social Sites. When you choose to share with a Social Site, we may share that video or information as well as additional personal information about you with the Social Site.

Information shared with a Social Site is subject to that Social Site’s privacy policy and practices, you should familiarize yourself with the Social Site’s privacy policy and practices before sharing. Facebook’s Data Policy is located at:

4. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.

4.1. General

We use third parties to help us operate and improve the NC& Services. We may provide these third parties information we collect and they may collect information from you and about your use of the NC& Services. We may provide information we collect to third parties and it will, unless

specifically noted otherwise in this Privacy Policy, be governed by this Privacy Policy and may only be used by those third parties to help us operate or improve our business or the NC& Services and provide services to us.

We do not control information collected by third parties and are not responsible for their use of that information. Please review their privacy policies for more information on their information collection, use, and sharing practices.

4.2. Google Analytics

We use Google, a third-party analytics provider, to collect information about Vueroid Services usage and the users of the Vueroid Services, including demographic and interest-level information. Google uses cookies and pixels to collect demographic and interest-level information and usage information from users that visit the Vueroid Services, including information about the pages where users enter and exit the Vueroid Services and the pages users view on the Vueroid Services, time spent, browser, operating system, and IP address.

Cookies and pixels allow Google to recognize a user when a user visits the Vueroid Services and when the user visits other websites. Google uses the information it collects from the Vueroid Services and other websites to share with us and other website operator’s information about users including age range, gender, geographic regions, general interests, and details about devices used to visit websites and purchase items.

We do not link the information we receive from Google with any of your personally identifiable information. 4.3. Payment Service Providers

We use third-party payment service providers to process payments. These providers may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Payment card information (including card number, expiration date, and CVC) is transmitted directly to the payment service provider and is not collected, stored, or processed by NC&. NC& does not have access to such payment credentials and does not retain them.

5. ONLINE TRACKING AND YOUR CHOICES

As mentioned above, because we and our third-party service providers automatically collect Vueroid Services usage information through the use of cookies, pixels and other tracking technologies (including as described in the Section 1.4 (Automatically Collected Information) and otherwise in this Privacy Policy), your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser may not have any effect on our automatically collected information.

One way to attempt to “opt out” of the collection of any information through cookies and some (but not all) other tracking technology is to actively manage the settings on your browser to delete and disable cookies and other tracking/recording tools. However, getting a “Do Not Track” signal to work as you might want is difficult and may not be possible. Using browsers as an example, not all tracking technologies can be controlled by browsers; unique aspects of your browser might be recognizable even if you disable a tracking technology; not all settings will necessarily last or be effective; even if a setting is effective for one purpose data still may be collected for another; and even if one website observes a “Do Not Track” signal, that website usually will not be able to control other websites.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Vueroid Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to a child under the age of sixteen (16) (“Child“) or such other minimum age as defined under applicable laws.  While we do not intentionally target or market to children, the Services may be accessed by users regardless of age, and we do not implement age verification mechanisms at the point of purchase or access.

Considering the above, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of sixteen (16), and if we become aware of such collection, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us by using the contact information in the Privacy Questions section at the bottom of this Privacy Policy, and we will take steps to remove the information and terminate the child’s Account.

7. ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you would like to cancel your Account or update your personally identifiable information associated with your Account, you may make such changes by logging in Vueroid Apps or Website. If you do not want your information accessed or stored as described in this Policy, you should not access, use, or register an Account with the Vueroid Services.

8. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

8.1. Offense committed

You must not misuse the Vueroid Apps or Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Vueroid Apps or Website, the server linked to Vueroid Apps (or the server on which the Website is stored), or any server, computer or database connected to the Vueroid Apps or Website. You must not attack the Vueroid Apps or Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

8.2. Counter measures

By breaching the provisions of paragraph 8.1, you would commit a criminal offence under the applicable law. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Vueroid Apps or Website will cease immediately.

9. Withdrawal, Access and Correction of your Personal Data

Should you wish to withdraw consent to use of your Personal Data or obtain access to or make corrections to your Personal Data records, please log in to the relevant Account through which the Personal Data was provided, if any, failing which please contact NC& at:

10. GENERAL

10.1. Assignment

You may not transfer any of your rights under this Privacy Policy to any other person. We may transfer our rights under this Privacy Policy where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

10.2. Severability

If any court or competent authority finds any provision of this privacy policy (or part of a provision) to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this privacy policy will not be affected.

10.3. Non-waiver

Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by either party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other right or remedy.

10.4. Insolvency and Business Transitions

If we ever file for bankruptcy or engage in a business transition such as a merger with another company or if purchase, sell, or reorganize all or a part of the Vueroid Services or our business or assets, we may disclose your Personal Data, including to prospective or actual purchasers in connection with one of these transactions.

10.5. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of the Republic of Korea.

11. MODIFICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you check our Website from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Privacy Policy.

12. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

Your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure that such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate safeguards are implemented.
