SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 8–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: Approximately 5–7 business days

* Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

* The above timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and carrier conditions.
* Delivery may be restricted in certain countries or regions due to logistics or customs limitations.
* Final delivery is carried out by third-party carriers.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping is free of charge and covered by the VUEROID Official Store.
  • For Express Shipping, the applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.

* Shipping fees vary by destination and can be confirmed on the checkout page before completing your order.

3. Customs & VAT for International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. Upon arrival in the destination country, applicable customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees may be charged in accordance with local customs regulations.
  • These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • As tax and customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

* If a package is returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the associated return shipping costs and any other incurred charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping Notifications

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to you.
  • The email will include a summary of the items included in your order.

Shipping Notification

  • A shipping notification email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

* In addition to email notifications, you can also check your order status on My Page at the VUEROID Official Store.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier-related issues
  • Other unforeseen logistics circumstances

* While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we may not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping Address

  • Changes to the shipping address are only possible while the order is in “Processing” status.

If delivery fails due to any of the following customer-related reasons, additional charges may apply:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect the package within the required timeframe

In such cases, re-delivery or return shipping fees may be charged.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations may be processed immediately or through our customer support team, depending on the current order status.

* If cancellation is not available via My Page, please submit a ticket through our customer support.

8. Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

For returns due to a change of mind, the following policy applies:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For full details, please refer to the Return Policy section below.

* However, if the applicable consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise, those regulations shall take precedence.

RETURN POLICY

1. Returns & Refunds Overview

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a ticket via the VUEROID Official Store: VUEROID.com/support/submit-a-ticket/

* All returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with the VUEROID Official Store Terms of Use and this Return Policy.

2. Return & Exchange Request Period

  • Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

After submitting a return request, one of the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of shipment submitted within 7 days of the return request, or
  • The item must arrive at our designated location within 14 days of the return request.

* Once the item arrives, it will undergo an inspection process before a refund decision is made.

3. Exchange Process

  • We do not support direct product exchanges through our system.

To exchange a product, please follow the process below:

  1. Submit a refund request via customer support
  2. Receive return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back
  4. Item inspection
  5. Refund processed
  6. Place a new order

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If a product is confirmed to be defective, it will be handled in accordance with the VUEROID Warranty Policy: VUEROID.com/support/warranty-policy/

If your item arrives damaged or in a defective condition, please submit a ticket within 72 hours of receiving the item, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Upon review, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Product replacement
  • Full refund
  • Other appropriate resolution

5. Customs & Taxes

For international orders, the following charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country:

  • Customs Duty
  • Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Customs Clearance Fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. As these fees are levied by the customs authority or carrier of the respective country, refunds for such charges are not available through our store.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, a refund decision will be made.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and the processing schedule of your payment provider. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

※ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
  • The product has been damaged or altered due to the customer’s actions
  • Product components (accessories, cables, memory cards, etc.) are missing
  • The original packaging, labels, or seals have been damaged or tampered with
  • The product’s value has been significantly diminished due to use
  • The return was sent without prior approval from our customer support team

* All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and all transactions conducted through the VUEROID Official Store shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with the VUEROID Official Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

* However, if mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence are applicable, such laws shall take precedence.
