Warranty coverage and terms may vary depending on the purchase channel.
Warranty Information
-If you have any service requests related to the product, please submit the details through the “Submit a Ticket” page on the official Vueroid website.
-The warranty period refers to the period during which the manufacturer or seller promises to provide free repairs for any defects in quality, performance, or function that occur under normal conditions.
-The purchase date is verified through purchase receipts or proof of purchase records. Customers are required to submit valid proof of purchase in order to determine the warranty period.
–The standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. If the product is registered, the warranty is extended to a total of 1 year and 6 months.
-Please note that consumables such as foam tape, cable clips, and trim tools are excluded from the warranty coverage.
–As a general rule, the warranty policy of the place of purchase applies. For purchases made through platforms directly operated by us (such as Amazon US), the warranty is handled as follows:

Before purchasing, please ensure that the product is listed as “Sold by Vueroid (NC&)” or “Vueroid Store.”
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unofficial distribution channels are not eligible for warranty service or warranty registration.
For products purchased through other authorized sellers or distributors, the applicable warranty period and terms may vary depending on the seller’s policy.
Warranty Exclusions
The Vueroid Dashcam warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Expired Warranty Period
– Claims made after the expiration of the warranty period are not eligible for warranty service. - Damage Caused by Accidents or Natural Disasters
– Malfunctions or damage resulting from traffic accidents, collisions, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other natural disasters are not covered under this warranty. - Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers
– Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels other than official distributors or retailers are not eligible for warranty service. - Use of Non-Official Accessories
– The use of accessories, components, or parts not officially provided or approved by Vueroid will void the warranty. - Inability to Record All Incidents
– While the Vueroid Dashcam is designed to record driving incidents, it does not guarantee the recording of all accidents or events. - Improper Use or Misuse
– Damage or malfunction caused by damage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, drop, shocks, disassembly or use outside the intended purpose of the product is not covered. - Warranty for Accessories
– All accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty.
– Tapes, cable clip, trim tool are not covered by a warranty.
Upon successful registration, the warranty period will be extended to a total of 1 year and 6 months for eligible purchases.

For products purchased from sales channels other than the Vueroid Official Store or Amazon listings marked “Sold by Vueroid (NC&)” or “Vueroid Store”, the warranty period and service conditions are subject to the policy of the purchase channel.
