Warranty Information
The warranty period refers to the period during which the manufacturer or seller promises to provide free repairs for any defects in quality, performance, or function that occur under normal conditions.
The purchase date is verified through purchase receipts or proof of purchase records. If the purchase date cannot be confirmed, the warranty period is calculated based on the production date registered with the company plus an additional 3 months.
The standard warranty period is 1 year from the purchase date, but an extended warranty of 1 year and 6 months is provided if the product is registered.
